Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, passionate Full-Time Retail Artist at our Liberty counter with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.

Responsibilities: Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times Assist customers with product selection and application Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelines Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers Requirements: Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times Candidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferred Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events Powered by JazzHR
