Role Overview:

As an Account Executive on the SMB Retail Cross Sell team, you will play a crucial role in driving business opportunities and expanding our reach within the existing Merchants in the SMB market. This position is designed for sales professionals who are passionate about helping smaller businesses grow and succeed.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to source their own sales opportunities within a set book of business and navigate organizations with multiple stakeholders for the duration of the entire sales cycle. Leveraging your depth of selling experience, you'll also have the opportunity to influence Shopify's broader Revenue organization (i.e. mentorship, methodologies, strategy) as we experiment and explore new ways to reach more merchants. You'll strengthen the value of partnerships internally and harness those partnerships to transform the business of our merchants.
