We are recruiting an experienced Area Manager to lead a high performing, multi site retail portfolio across Exeter and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong commercial Area Manager to join a successful and growing retail business, ideal for candidates from fashion retail, high street retail, or big box retail environments. As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of regional performance, driving sales growth, profitability and KPI delivery across multiple locations. This role requires a hands on, people focused Area Manager who can coach Store Managers, elevate standards, and create a consistent customer first culture across the region. This is a newly created role within a growing business and offers the successful Area Manager genuine scope to influence results, develop talent and shape the future success of the region.
