As an experienced property professional, you are comfortable in all scenarios and relish being an important part of a busy business operation. As the senior point of contact across Devon and Cornwall, you will become the ‘expert’ on the estate agency products and systems offered by our client. Your responsibilities include managing a team of 12 photographers, ensuring quality and service standards, and utilizing your planning and organisational skills to ensure regional efficiency. With excellent training and ongoing development, you will quickly adapt and add value. You will conduct team reviews, participate in strategic planning, and focus on future recruitment. You will support and motivate your team to meet and exceed targets, continuously seeking performance improvements. This role suits experienced estate agents, preferably with management experience, who have a keen eye for detail, process, and analytics to maximise the quality and output of our client’s B2B property brand.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring the quality of people and product.
  2. Coaching and mentoring the team of 12 photographers.
  3. Becoming the ‘subject matter expert’ on products, skills, and systems.
  4. Serving as the senior point of contact at ground level.
  5. Managing area operations to meet service levels, standards, and procedures.
  6. Being the point of contact for clients and customers.
  7. Addressing concerns or issues promptly.
  8. Managing annual leave and sickness cover.
  9. Providing KPIs on photographer performance.
  10. Conducting regular team meetings and reviews.
  11. Offering training, support, and development.
  12. Recruiting new photographers.
  13. Ensuring health and safety compliance.
  14. Liaising with the Head of Training on employee issues.
  15. Monitoring and prioritising photographers’ workloads and organisational issues.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous estate agency experience.
  2. Management experience preferred.
  3. Analytical skills and comfort with KPIs.
  4. Building stakeholder relationships.
  5. Supporting, mentoring, and developing team members.
  6. Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
  7. Ability to address performance issues effectively.
  8. Experience conducting 121 meetings and reviews.
  9. Providing constructive feedback and creating action plans.
  10. Positive, enthusiastic problem solver.
