The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving growth across a defined sales territory (either Midlands-Southwest or Staffordshire -Border Regions), by pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and promoting our wide array of products – from tools to metals.
Key responsibilities
· Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the jewellery/precious metals sector.
· Grow and retain existing customer relationship’s through consultative selling and regular customer site visits.
· Report on performance and opportunities, to the Head of Field Sales.
· Collaborate cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
· Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions and customer demonstrations.
About You
· Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within manufacturing or jewellery supply.
· Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness.
· Confident using CRM systems and generating actionable reports.
· Self-starter with excellent time management and travel flexibility.
