Are you a commercially minded sales leader with a passion for food and a track record of delivering results? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory across South Wales, the Southwest, and the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, fast-paced food business supplying a wide customer base - from small independents to large-scale operations.
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of experienced external sales professionals, driving growth across your region. You’ll be responsible for setting strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring your team consistently meets performance targets. With a strong presence in the field, you’ll provide hands-on support, coach your team to success, and contribute to the wider commercial goals of the business. Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams
Strong knowledge of margin management and commercial performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
A valid UK driving licence
A competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000, 30% bonus and company car/£6,000 car allowance
