Field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured range of fixings and fastenings used for roofing and cladding applications Majority of your time will be spent generating business from specialist roofing and cladding contractors with the remaining portion of your time spent dealing with selected distributors, merchants and waterproofing manufacturers Dealing with order values ranging from £500 – £15k per project Work alongside the internal sales support and provide on site support for larger projects

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding Fixings with:

Must have sales experience within the building envelope, roofing or cladding industry (will consider external & internally based candidates) Must have knowledge of related roofing, cladding, building envelope products such as: cladding, roofing, single ply roofing, roof insulation, roofing membranes, bituminous roofing, liquid applied roofing, waterproofing, metal roofing / cladding systems fixings or fastenings Ideally experience of selling to roofing / cladding contractors Capable of generating new business relationships Comfortable with working in a competitive environment Can work as part of a small team Confident people person with genuine hunger for sales and a long term opportunity Organised, dynamic and self motivated
