Job Title: Area Training Manager Location: Sheffield Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + 25% bonus potential + car Role: Permanent – Full time

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Area Training Manager or Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing business in the home appliance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key region, delivering product training, sales support, and business development to a wide customer base across the retail and trade merchant sectors. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver engaging product training and sales support to retail and trade partners across your region. Act as a trusted business partner, helping customers maximise product knowledge and sales performance. Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, supporting them with tailored training and insights. Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Business Development Managers to align on goals and share best practices. Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a “best in class” experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and training. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle challenges with a solutions-focused mindset. IT literate and comfortable using modern software tools to support training and reporting. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule effectively. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions).
