The Role

As Area Sales Manager for the North London territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a well-established customer base of plumbing and heating merchants, bathroom showrooms, and independent retailers. This is a key territory, and we are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused individual who can deliver commercial results while strengthening our brand presence.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the specified postcode areas.

Identify and convert new business opportunities within your region.

Promote the full product range, ensuring stockists and partners are fully informed and engaged.

Conduct regular face-to-face visits to accounts, maintaining a strong customer service ethos.

Deliver on monthly sales targets, KPIs, and territory plans.

Support customers with merchandising, training, and promotional activity.

Liaise with internal departments (Customer Services, Logistics, Product Management) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.

Provide feedback from the field to help shape sales strategy and product development.


About You

Proven sales experience within the bathroom, plumbing, or broader KBB sector (merchant or manufacturer side).

Strong knowledge of the North London area and the independent merchant/showroom landscape.

Self-motivated, highly organised, and target-driven.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.

A passion for delivering service excellence and building long-term partnerships.

Full UK driving licence required.
