In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in our success by:

  • Working alongside the Buying and Trading teams to ensure we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
  • Partnering with your Merchandiser to manage the financial performance of your assigned department, from initial planning to the final sale.
  • Driving sales and profit growth by monitoring performance, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective mark-down strategies.
  • Developing and executing range plans that meet sales and profit targets, analysing market trends, and presenting to senior management.
  • Optimising stock allocation and maximising sales density by creating a clear range plan and managing inventory throughout its lifecycle.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient deliveries.
  • Leading and supporting the Trade Administrator by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering effective communication.
