Now, we’re looking for an **Assistant Product Manager** to join our Digital Comparison Tools (DCT) team and support the delivery of our customer acquisition strategy across Credit Cards.As Assistant Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting product performance, ensuring compliance, and helping to implement new capabilities. Great colleagues, transforming workspaces, hybrid working and a wide variety of career opportunities – you’ll find them all here.## Key Accountabilities:* Support delivery of objectives through the DCT channel, helping identify risks and opportunities* Assist with product launches, ensuring timelines are met and products are displayed compliantly.* Provide day-to-day support for partnership and product management, including communications and tracking contractual obligations* Work with DCTs and Consumer Finance MI team to collate data and produce insight reports for management* Manage administrative tasks such as raising and receipting POs and supporting monthly reconciliation* Collaborate with Supplier Managers to assist with performance monitoring* Support implementation of new capabilities and onboarding of new partners* Ensure accurate documentation of partner meetings and processes to maintain high standards of due diligence## **Skills we’re looking for*** Experience in partnership or channel management, ideally within financial services or digital marketplaces.* Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value through strategic partnerships or product launches* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.* Comfortable working across a matrixed organisation and managing multiple priorities.* Experience with performance tracking and governance frameworks.## Desirable:* Understanding of Credit Card Industry marketing, regulations, and customer needs## **About working for us**Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.We’re disability confident.
