What you can expect:
Act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
Full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager, including operational tasks.
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement.
Drive the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
Ensure procedures are executed and policies followed using all available tools.
Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team.
Your profile:
Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
Passionate about leading, motivating, and training team members through active supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and building relationships.
