About the roleAs an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan to help the business grow and change for the better. You will be involved in everything from customer service and store operations to clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks, and more. You will manage a team with a variety of experience and clinical knowledge, helping them develop their knowledge, skills and future careers. This also includes completing management tasks such as creating and maintaining rotas, return to work reviews and performance management.
