Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales KPIs, including sales performance, ATV, UPT, and CRM objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently meeting and exceeding luxury retail standards.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the boutique is impeccably presented and managed.
• Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a professional, high-performing team environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role within premium or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of the London market and its clientele.
• Passion for luxury fragrances and high-end retail experiences.
• Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales, motivate a team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Full-time and permanent contract.
