You’ll lead and support a variety of high-quality projects across the UK, including: Residential and mixed-use developments (including apartments, townhouses, and supported living) Community and institutional buildings Environmentally sensitive and landscape-led schemes, including Green Belt and protected sites Strategic planning advice, site promotion and feasibility work Planning applications, appeals, and public consultations Collaborative work with architects, developers, and local authorities This consultancy is particularly known for its thoughtful, design-focused approach and commitment to delivering positive planning outcomes in complex settings. About you: MRTPI qualified with consultancy experience Excellent understanding of the UK planning system and development process Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence in leading projects and engaging with clients, consultants, and local authorities A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a supportive, growing team Why Join?
