£14.34 per hour (includes holiday pay) + performance‑based incentives Contract: Zero Hours Days: Thursdays to Sundays Shifts: 10:30 am – 3:30 pm or 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Location: Sutton Coldfield B75
Responsibilities
Engage with customers in‑store to promote and sample drink and food products, including alcoholic beverages on some shifts. Communicate product benefits confidently and accurately. Drive sales by providing an enjoyable and informative customer experience. Represent premium brands with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications
Comfortable handling and sampling alcohol products when required. Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused. Enjoy engaging with the public. Enthusiastic about food and retail. Experience in promotions, events, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
