At SWAP Food, we're on a mission: to brighten up menus across Europe (and beyond!) with innovative plant‑based products. We have developed a unique technology that allows us to texturize plant based proteins into a product that mimic the texture, appearance, nutritional, and sensory properties of animal chicken. All this, using only natural plant-based and clean label ingredients. With our R&D innovation centre based in Paris, our large-scale factory located in eastern France, we aim to become the world's leading player in vegetal whole-cuts. What You’ll Do
- Seek out and land new business with foodservice distributors, Horeca operators, retail and key clients
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing & sales (France based team) to build impactful growth strategies and activate your clients
- Dive into market insights: analyse trends, track KPIs, and provide smart insights to leadership
- Grow & develop existing accounts build strong and long lasting relationships with your clients
- Thrive in a startup environment—where resourcefulness, collaboration, and speed are your best mates
Who You Are
- Master degree holder
- 5+ years in foodservice/B2B sales—preferably in food or plant-based FMCG, or within a disruptor food brand
- Experienced working with distributors like Bidfood or equivalent
- Commercially savvy and KPI‑obsessed in a positive way
- Capable of defining and delivering annual budget for the scope of the job integrating new customer acquisitions and existing customer activations
- Able to create monthly report identifying prospecting progress and results versus annual budget
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- A strong negotiator with top-notch communication skills
- Confident using CRM tools (hubspot), managing contracts, and digging into market data
- Passionate about pushing sustainability forward (nice to have)
