Client Services Manager - Retail Banking Client

Location: London

A small, prestigious international bank is seeking a ‘hands-on’ manager for its retail banking operations area. Your responsibilities will include:
# Managing a team, processing all retail banking and cashiering for the London branch, and providing customer service support to Relationship Managers regarding HNWI and private banking.
# Processing payments and treasury settlements.
# Ensuring Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) are up to date.

Your experience must include:
# Extensive, proven, and relevant retail banking, SWIFT payments, and customer service experience gained in banking.
# Strong, proven staff management skills.
# Excellent communication and presentation skills gained in front-line customer service.
# The ability to work well under pressure, show initiative, and possess good problem-solving skills.

Please note that this role requires working 5 days a week in the London office.
