They are looking for a Data Analyst (CRM) to join a growing team at the heart of customer data and marketing. In this role, you’ll analyse and optimise CRM activities, deliver clear reporting and insights, and help shape data-driven campaigns. With exposure to leading platforms and opportunities to influence senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in improving customer journeys and driving smarter decision-making.

The Candidate

Key attributes of a suitable Data Analyst (CRM) :

2+ years’ experience in data analytics or CRM, with proven ability to deliver actionable insights Proficiency in SQL (with Tableau and Python desirable) to analyse and visualise complex data Excellent communication skills, able to present confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
