Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ – (Hybrid Minimum 3 Days in the office)

We're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join the team, supporting the day-to-day running of our online retail accounts. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of product listings, work closely with major retail partners and use data to help drive sales performance.

What will the Ecommerce Executive role entail?

• Managing and updating product listings across multiple retailer websites and marketplaces
• Monitoring performance across account, including styles, categories and brands
• Using data and excel to identify gaps and opportunities for new product listings
• Supporting the onboarding of new retail partners, including templates and data mapping and set up
• Troubleshooting listing or data issues to ensure accuracy across platforms
• Producing regular sales and performance reports
• Supporting delivery of turnover targets
• Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and online shopping behaviour

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in ecommerce, merchandising, retail or a similar data focused role
• Comfortable working with data and large xbpsjku product lists
• Strong excel skills (e.g. V-look ups, pivot tables, formulas, ability to work with large amounts of data) or willingness to develop
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
