This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected lifestyle brand known for design excellence and innovation. As the Head of E-Commerce, youll lead global digital sales performance, owning the e-commerce P&L and trading strategy across multiple international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is data-led, and enjoys driving commercial outcomes while collaborating across brand, product, and tech teams.
Lead the global e-commerce trading strategy, seasonal planning, and sales forecasting
Own day-to-day performance KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, and SEO performance
Partner with digital product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital trading specialists
Champion data tools such as GA4 and Power BI for reporting and insights across teams
Proven track record in a senior e-commerce or trading role within a premium or global D2C brand
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Power BI and CMS tools
Understanding of trading compliance across multiple regions
