Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative intuition and has practical experience managing eCommerce platforms. You should be comfortable using data to guide decisions, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in optimising the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you'll analyse user behaviour and track KPIs to inform decisions. You'll lead CRO initiatives through testing and improvements, enhancing the customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining on-site UX, and ensuring content relevance for international audiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase organic traffic, improve SEO, and grow revenue from non-paid channels is essential. You will also implement improvements to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and boost conversions.
