Each year, over 5.3 billion customers and members shop with our well-known retail brands, both online and offline, including the likes of Superdrug, Kruidvat, Watson’s, Marionnaud, The Perfume Shop, and many more.A Typical Day In This Role IncludesDevelop and implement strategies to drive online business performanceLead the expertise in the operation of our online platforms, creating and sharing best practise between BUs to drive business capability and growthAnalyse data to identify performance, customer trends and create plans to further improve performanceDrive full adoption of digital platform features to improve customer interaction and experienceConduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key trading metrics. Use insights to create actions and to drive optimisation to improve online performance.
