Overview

We are working with a digital transformation consultancy that helps enterprise-scale clients modernise and adopt next-generation technology. You would be working on large-scale programmes with major retail and consumer clients, driving cloud adoption, AI innovation, and modern retail platform design.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead enterprise architecture design across retail technology stacks, including eCommerce platforms, order management, POS, ERP, CRM, and loyalty systems.
• Drive cloud-native strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise integration, and data architecture across large retail programmes.
• Embed AI/ML and Generative AI solutions (personalisation, predictive analytics, conversational AI, recommendation engines) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with data privacy, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to retail.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide architecture leadership, shaping technology roadmaps and transformation governance.

What we’re looking for

• Technology leadership experience (Lead Enterprise Architect or equivalent) in retail or consumer domains.
• Proven track record of leading digital and AI-led transformations for large retailers (online, omnichannel, or traditional).
• Deep expertise in retail technology stacks: eCommerce, OMS, POS, ERP, CRM, and loyalty systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applications in retail.
