OverviewRole Title - Festive Retail Associate - Gateshead Metro Centre - 25 hours per weekDue to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.Shift pattern - 5 Monday, 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday & 5 FridayContract - This is a temporary role until 27/12/2025Working hours - You will need to complete your full shift between the working hours of 9am and 5pmTravel - This role will include full zone travel within the zone.Location - Based in Gateshead Metro Centre but travel to different stores within your zone.Start date - We are looking for those who are available to start by middle of November at the latest.Leave in December - Please note the Christmas period is our busiest time and we are unable to authorise any leave in December.Company - DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with various retailers and brands. ResponsibilitiesProvide face-to-face customer service and merchandising in retail stores.Merchandise product to visual merchandising guidelines.Put out deliveries of new stock and maintain housekeeping standards.Set up promotional activities and collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.Work with a team leader who provides coaching and ongoing support; utilise apps to streamline work processes. RequirementsPrior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; fashion brands are a plus.Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.Access to a phone with an up-to-date operating system.
