Overview

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Edinburgh Gyle - 15 hours per week. This is a temporary role until 27/12/2025. You will be based in Edinburgh Gyle but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Shift pattern: 5 Mondays, 5 Tuesdays & 5 Fridays. You will need to complete your full shift between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The role includes full zone travel within the zone. Please note: during December, leave requests cannot be authorised due to the peak Christmas period.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving licence.

Company: DCK is a fashion jewellery company working with retailers and high street brands. Host stores include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer service and merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Put out deliveries of new stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store
• Set up promotional activities
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+

Additional Information
