    Job Description

    This is a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role with significant scope to influence performance across a large retail network. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape financial strategy, improve visibility, and support decision-making across a multi-site estate.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of site-level P&Ls and overheads across 50+ locations
  • Analysis, profitability modelling
  • Development of reporting tools and KPI dashboards
  • Collaboration with retail leadership to enhance commercial outcomes
  • Balance sheet review and financial interpretation
  • Identifying cost efficiencies and margin improvement opportunities
  • Acting as a proactive business partner with a strong sense of ownership

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Strong commercial accounting experience
  • Multi-site retail or depot exposure (desirable)
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and FBP-style work
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financials and challenge assumptions
  • Energetic, adaptable, and invested in long-term growth
  • Comfortable with cost analysis
  • Ability to drive and travel down south to other site when needed for first few months.
