ABOUT YOU We are actively seeking individuals with expertise in Food Service or Retail Food to join our esteemed global team as a QRS/Retail Auditor. This opportunity is on a zero-hours basis, specifically covering the Essex region. Join us in this essential mission for food safety excellence. Required skills and experience: Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential Full UK Driving licence and own car
