GBR Customer Experience Advisor | Retail and Business Banking | S1 | Carlisle Salary: Starting salary of £26,180 per annum (base £24,000 plus £500 flexible benefit and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related). Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone. Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing. Answering customer calls into our contact centre. Building relationships and finding solutions for customers. Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers. Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
What you’ll bring
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face-to-face or telephony background. Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.

What else you need to know
This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. The role is based in the Carlisle branch.
