GBR Customer Experience Advisor | Retail & Business Banking | S1 | Croydon Gs role at Santander UK. We are recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting salary of £28,341 per annum (base £26,161, plus £500 flexible benefit and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related).

As part of the Santander team, you’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, acting as a listener and problem solver. You may assist with simple cash transactions, technology in the banking hall, phone servicing, and fraud protection—handling a variety of challenges in a dynamic branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face-to-face or telephony experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

What else you need to know

• Full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week across Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Based in the Croydon branch
