Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate graduates who are looking to gain experience working within a secondary school setting. We have several graduate support roles available, on a full-time or part-time basis in Bury, Greater Manchester.

Roles currently available:

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Learning, SEN or behaviour support.
Cover Supervisor – Providing general cover to classes to relieve staff shortages.
Tuition/mentor – Providing 1-1 academic support to students.
Administration – Business support, finance, receptionist, pastoral, attendance.

We are looking for graduates who have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people. All successful applicants will have access to CPD training, ensuring that you’re equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.

Key Highlights:

Earn between £1790- £1900 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Paid weekly, via PAYE.
Full-time, Part-time and flexible roles available.
January 2026 start

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
