Head of Retail Marketing

This thought defines every move we make around the world and in our global headquarters here in Zurich. We are now looking for our new Head of Retail Brand. This global role will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling marketing strategies and concepts.
Develop a newly formed team and provide strong leadership fostering a culture of collaboration, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
# Tell the story of the brand to ensure it is consistently messaged across all retail channels (DTC, B2B, and Partners) and aligned with internal Marketing strategies.
# Shape On's retail brand experience and develop innovative retail concepts (programming framework, services, formats, campaign activations) that differentiate the brand and help achieve its goals and objectives.
# Develop toolkits to empower regional retail marketing and brand activation teams.
# Effectively collaborate with internal partners and department leads to align Marketing efforts with company strategy and goals; partner with the Sales team to ensure Marketing strategies run parallel with field objectives.
# Develop and streamline processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail brand initiatives.
# Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of On's aesthetics, upholding our brand's visual language and standards.

8+ years of progressive experience within retail marketing roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies and projects.
#6+ years of experience in a leadership role - your leadership skills have been honed through previous management roles, and you have a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
# A real expert in your field, you've worked brand side with a creative mindset and solution-oriented way of thinking (for at least 5 years).
# Calling you an expert in retail marketing doesn't even begin to do your knowledge and experience justice.
# You have deep knowledge and expertise in marketing and brand building in premium and/or luxury space for retail.
# Ability to stay current and build upon Marketing best practices and trends; you have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, understanding how to align them with the On brand identity.
# Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
# Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
# Ability to travel 20% - based on business needs/fluctuation.
# You see yourself as a partner to your teammates and want to help them achieve their true potential.
