Head of Retail Sales This is a home-based role covering 10 UK sites, candidates ideally need to live in the Southwest of England Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence Basic salary £55,000 up to £60,000 depending on experience plus, bonus, company car, or car allowance of £7,000 laptop, pension, staff discounts, healthcare and additional training. My client is looking for a Head of Retail Sales to turn retail spaces into high-performing showrooms. The ideal candidate will align product offerings with their brand, market trends, and customer preferences. As the Head of Retail Sales, you will be a process driven leader with proven ability to lead, coach, train and mentor a sales team, whilst also managing the aesthetics within high-end luxury retail showrooms.
