Raising retail and operational standards to deliver a consistent, world-class customer experience. Leading, inspiring, and developing retail teams, coaching Store Managers into high-performing leaders. Translating commercial strategy into actionable results on the shop floor. Working closely with senior leadership across functions to ensure brand consistency and maximise opportunities.
