Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding fashion jewellery brand, is seeking an exceptional Head of Retail to lead their UK store portfolio. UK Based The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: Driving sales performance and delivering ambitious growth targets across multiple retail sites. Raising retail and operational standards to deliver a consistent, world-class customer experience. Leading, inspiring, and developing retail teams, coaching Store Managers into high-performing leaders. Translating commercial strategy into actionable results on the shop floor. Working closely with senior leadership across functions to ensure brand consistency and maximise opportunities. Identifying opportunities for expansion and operational improvements to support future growth.

This position would particularly suit an ambitious Senior Area Manager or Regional Manager seeking the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will bring: A proven background in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments, ideally within fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle. Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results through others. Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and full P&L responsibility. Agility, resilience, and a hands-on approach in a constantly evolving retail environment. Passion for fashion, customer experience, and raising standards across all aspects of retail delivery.
