They are seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance with 5 to 10 years of proven experience leading a Risk and Compliance team in a small UK bank. The bank aims to serve the Caribbean community initially, so understanding or experience with Caribbean culture is advantageous. The bank will start trading with deposits and loans upon launch.
