Role Overview Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role, youll be delivering shopping directly to customers doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service and representing Iceland as the friendly face our customers rely on. Shifts are ad hoc and may be offered at short notice, so flexibility and reliability are key. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer shopping safely and efficiently to residential addresses Provide outstanding customer service at every doorstep Represent the business in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner Follow all road safety, company, and compliance requirements Manage time effectively while juggling a varied and sometimes hectic workload Handle daily driving challenges calmly and professionally Driver Requirements Basic DBS or willingness to obtain one No age restriction, provided relevant driving experience is held Full UK driving licence: Held for a minimum of 3 years, or Held for at least 2 years with a minimum of 6 months driving experience No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences No convictions for the following offenc...
