Key responsibilities include Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across your necessary markets.
