Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed.

A strong ERP background

A strong working knowledge of best practices in the retail and commerce industry.

A demonstrable specialism within the commerce module

A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems

At least 2 full life cycle implementations.

A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.

Strong stakeholder, and people management skills.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.
