Milk Education is excited to be working with a well-established primary school in Northumberland to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to support students in both KS1 and KS2, contributing to their academic growth and well-being.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual who thrives in a classroom environment. You will play a key role in assisting teachers, preparing classroom resources, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Main Duties:

Keep students engaged and focused on their tasks throughout the day

Assist in the preparation of daily resources and classroom activities

Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to deliver effective support

Essential Skills and Experience:

Recent experience working with children

Familiarity with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND); experience in this area is a plus, though not required

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
