You will provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice, helping the company navigate complex transactions and day-to-day legal challenges.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring contracts support business objectives while managing risk.Provide legal advice to internal teams on day-to-day operational matters, supporting informed commercial decision-making.Maintain and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio.Support franchise operations, including issuing agreements, monitoring compliance, and managing changes to franchise arrangements.Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements.Manage and maintain contract databases and assist in implementing legal technology solutions.Assist with property matters, including reviewing agreements, managing lease completions, and addressing ad hoc property queries.Contribute to legal risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal training initiatives.Support dispute resolution and compliance matters as needed, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted legal advisor.RequirementsUK Qualified Lawyer, 4+ years PQEExperience to advise on a broad array of matters.
