About The Role

We are seeking a D365 LS Retail Support Consultant to join our Service Team, which specializes in Dynamics products including CE, PowerApps, LS Retail, Dynamics 365 BC, and F&O. This role can be performed remotely with travel to Node4 offices and client sites.

As the point of contact between the customer and our service, you'll deliver customer-centric support by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets according to SLAs, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Good knowledge of Dynamics products, especially LS Retail, is required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and a team player, with LS Retail experience and strong communication skills.
