Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have an exciting new role. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Business Manager to manage the Retail Value accounts including Iceland, Poundland, B&M, Savers, TJ Morris and The Range and One Beyond.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Must be able to demonstrate strong Sales & Account Management within FMCG
* Experience of forecasting with a high level of accuracy
* Develop and implement joint annual business plans with customers in line with the business and brand strategy.
* Ability to leverage point of purchase drivers – Range, Distribution, Price, Space and Promotions to maximise sales & profit.
* Able to analyse market and customer data and create compelling Brand and category stories.
* Strong commercial acumen, high energy and knows how to get the best out of people.
* Embraces and is excited by constant change and being part of a small but highly capable team that is building a branded business together. Must be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
