Reporting directly to the co-founders, the Retail Account Manager will take ownership of relationships with key UK retail partners (including Boots, Selfridges, H Beauty, and Sainsbury’s).

This role involves working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and NPD to ensure strong in-store brand presence, timely delivery, and high-impact sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially-savvy professional, with experience in haircare, beauty or wellness sectors ready to take their next step up into a manager position.
