Busy Bees Wigston Magna is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 54 children. Established in 1995, our nursery provides a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment. Housed across two floors, our four bright and cheerful rooms are designed to give children ample space to learn, develop, and have fun while prioritizing their comfort.

Our outdoor play area encourages physical activity, healthy habits, and exploration of the world around them. Our practitioners prepare and plan activities that engage children in the outdoor learning environment, ensuring access to all areas of learning outside. Conveniently located near Wigston Magna's shopping centre and adjacent to Memorial Park, our nursery is perfect for busy parents seeking early years learning in a convenient location.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• \nCreate a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
\n
• \nLead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
\n
• \nKey Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
\n

\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
\n
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
\n
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
