Up to £40,000 DOE

A group of globally renowned fashion brands is seeking an Associate In-House Legal Counsel to join their Watford-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where fashion and business meet, supporting both legal and HR functions across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Legal and wider team with daily operations.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (distribution, supply, agency, consultancy, sourcing, services).
  • Maintain and update company policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to management and directors on varied issues.
  • Oversee contract and document management, maintaining the legal and HR databases.
  • Assist with HR matters, including employment documents, liaising with external counsel, and handling employee relations.
  • Report on legal projects to senior leadership and participate in cross-group meetings.
  • Ensure company and group processes and policies are followed.

    • You must have a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualifying legal experience or completing a paralegal training.
