At Earth Fed Muscle, we craft high-quality, effective supplements. We are seeking a Paid Media & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role in Reading, PA. This role will drive our growth across Amazon, Shopify, and digital ad platforms.

What you’ll do

You will apply a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns, bring creative ideas to life, and execute strategies from creation to performance monitoring. Your goal is to increase our reach among quality-conscious consumers, helping them to be Better Every Day. Your focus areas include:

• Digital Advertising and Social Media: Build and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, Amazon, and manage organic content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

• Amazon Management: Manage Seller Central, optimize listings, run PPC campaigns, and monitor account health.

• Shopify Operations: Analyze data for trends, support product launches, and optimize store performance.

• Collaboration and Strategy: Report on KPIs, align marketing with inventory, and plan campaigns for launches and promotions.

What you need to thrive in this role

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong task prioritization and adaptability
• A data-driven decision-making mindset
• Creative problem-solving skills
• A degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus, but experience is valued equally
• Content creation experience is a bonus but not required
