Cheshire , they're building something truly unique in the medical education space.
They're now seeking a
performance-driven Paid Media Manager
to take ownership of their paid acquisition strategy and scale profitable campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
This is a
high-impact role
where your work directly fuels revenue growth. You'll have creative freedom, access to strong budgets, and the opportunity to shape the paid media function from the ground up.
The Role
As
Paid Media Manager , you'll design and execute direct-response campaigns that drive qualified traffic into low-ticket offers and membership funnels. You'll work closely with creative teams and funnel specialists to continuously test, optimize, and scale what works.
Your Mission:
Lower acquisition costs, increase ROAS, and maximize conversion rates across the customer journey.
What You'll Do
Campaign Leadership
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok aligned to commercial objectives
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
Allocate and optimize budgets for maximum ROI across multiple platforms
Creative & Testing Excellence
Collaborate with in-house and freelance creatives to develop high-converting ad content
Design and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, and placements
Continuously refine targeting and positioning based on performance data
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Partner with the funnel team to improve landing pages, sales flows, and user journeys
Identify friction points and implement solutions to boost conversion rates
Drive increased take-up into membership programs
Performance & Analytics
Set up robust tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, analytics platforms)
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Maintain deep understanding of what's working and why
Strategic Contribution
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging channels
Contribute to broader growth strategy discussions
What You Bring
Essential Experience
2+ years successfully managing profitable paid campaigns
across Meta, YouTube, TikTok or similar platforms
Strong proficiency with platform Ads Managers and analytics tools (Google Analytics, tracking setups like Hyros)
Your Skillset
Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and funnel optimization
Expertise in testing methodologies and data-driven decision making
Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate performance insights
Your Approach
Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Growth-oriented with a bias for action and experimentation
Detail-focused with strong budget management discipline
