Supporting a pupil in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with Autism, ADHD or Speech & Language needs
Adapting learning activities so every child can access the curriculum
Running tailored interventions that build confidence, communication, and independence
Working alongside class teachers and external specialists to track progress and adjust support strategies
Providing both in-class help and small-group sessions to boost learning outcomes About you
Experienced in supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
Confident managing behaviour and using positive strategies to engage pupils
Flexible, proactive, and creative in finding ways to meet children’s individual needs
Strong communicator who can build relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
