Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support children in reaching their full potential? Do you have experience working with pupils who have additional learning needs and thrive in a collaborative, inclusive school setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a committed Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Hackney. The role involves working with children across the school who have a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), speech and language delay, global developmental delay, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Primary SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:
· Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
· Experience working with children with a range of SEN, including ASD, speech and language delay, global developmental delay, or SEMH needs
· Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach to working with children
· Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
· Confident working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and outside agencies
· Passionate about promoting inclusion and ensuring every child feels valued
